ROCHO high frequency induction brazing system using all solid-state IGBT frequency conversion control technology and IGBT drive circuit, which significantly improves the resonance wave form, reduces switching losses, increases the stability of high frequency tracking, to provide more stable and better heating uniformity.

The Principle Of Induction Brazing

The traditional brazing is a welding process in which the brazing metal is melted by flame and penetrated into the gaps between work pieces to make them adhere firmly. Induction brazing is to use the skin effect of induction heating to heat the surface layer of two metal parts and melt the brazing metal to achieve the purpose of welding.

The whole brazing process does not require deep heating on the metal work piece, with quick brazing speed, high brazing efficiency, large brazing quantity, and is suitable for factories with large-scale production.

All-Round Protection Function

High frequency induction heater has multiple protection functions including over-current protection, water shortage protection, over-heat protection, over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, phase failure/loss protection and other alarm functions. It will automatically alarm in case of faults, greatly improving the reliability of the equipment.

Flexible Operating Modes
The high frequency induction brazing system has two operating modes: constant current and constant power. These two mode can be choose according to the heating state of the work piece, so as to optimize the brazing process, achieve rapid heating, and maximize the performance of the equipment.

Adjustable Power Parameter
The high-frequency induction brazing system has five key parameter, including heating power, thermal power, heating time, thermal time, and cooling time. These parameter can be adjusted independently, so the high frequency machine is suitable for occasions where the heating temperature is controlled more accurately.

High Brazing Quality
Induction brazing can perform local heating to realize small brazing deformation, less oxidation and decarbonization, smooth, clean and beautiful joints, uniform heating and full weld seam, and avoid solder missing or skips.
